The brief for this project was to create a poster presenting or advocating a certain cause through graphic language.
My chosen topic was mental health in young people, with my aim to use the poster to help raise awareness and encourage people to reach out more.
I conducted extensive research to inform my design and created an outcome which relates effectively to my target audience.
The illustration represents a quote by Sylvia Plath’s The Bell Jar, which I came across during my research. It was fun to try out different type and texture, while being experimental in my approach.
